think about it, if your going to basically marry someone in business, that you will have to rely on to do their own part for their own sake, wouldn't you want to know these people? and wouldn't you say that if they don't act like they want to be liable or reliable I should say they only get in for a brief second, and do nothing, so that don't work either. I am searching for a real team player for life, to really mean it when they join me, so I have a big mouth textually
