Investors can make a mint on this, if they act.  with no other offers thus far, our town is turning into a ghost town with so many for rent, no competition,   BUT IT"S PERFECT FOR ME< I have never missed any lease contracted payment, and that amount is one I can afford to pay with my disability payments,  even living at the hotel, all alone, I can afford this, see?,  so I want to get a signature, escrow account, for a $55k loan from an investor, so I can then go and buy it from the owner, out right,

Once I get the money, that month, I begin to pay you $400 per month, untill I get a proper income from the  property, because then I can get a real large real estate mortgage loan, backed NEW, loan and use it in one lump sum, with interest, to pay you off with 4-6% extra earnings in real interest income too, SEE? this way I can pay it off, at $400 per month over 30 years, or in lump sums from income, along the way, and still have then just bought that Hotel, and I own it out right so only electric and such bills will remain, it's  Like paying off this same rental lease, that expired, that I still am paying $400 on now, to me, it's perfect, when I will then get the investor to lease $55k to me to own it,

To me this is my life ambition, and would enable me as well, see?, it's a gold mine for anyone with real cash to invest, it's assessed at over 300k too, so at $53k it's like been handed $250k in equity  to me, which makes my whole life meaningful, to my family, me and my son, who I only just found after 12 years of being missing, stolen from me,
